“ I love this place! I would go to Karen again and again for custom baked goods. First of all, whenever I stop by Mill Valley Bakery, Karen is there baking up another incredibly delicious creation. Shes always a pleasure to speak with, and shes such a lovely person. I love going into the bakery to talk with her and see what shes created whatever I get from sweet pastries to savory BLTs on baguettes, it is always on another level of deliciousness and freshness. Karen made a custom order of apple cider cinnamon sugar baked donuts for our wedding this September, and our guests were raving about them. Ive had multiple people ask after the wedding where they can get them, and many told me they were the best apple cider donuts theyve ever had! I agree, and I grew up in New England so Ive tried MANY apple cider donuts in my life and Karens are better than any Ive ever had. Karen is truly talented at what she does, and I couldnt recommend working with her for any special event more highly. ”

I particularly enjoyed the lemon kouign amann, beignets filled with raspberry jam, cinnamon roll, pear croissant, and spinach and cheese croissant. I plan to try more items on my next visit. Although its a small place, the quality of the baked goods reflects the bakers passion. If you intend to visit, its best to go early I arrived at 10 am on a Saturday and found many items are almost sold out. ”
